All five participating institutions work together to ensure the success of the programme.
The coordinating institution, ULB, is responsible for the overall administrative and financial management of the consortium, including sustainability and liaison with the European Commission.
UPC is responsible for overall student and alumni management, covering academic matters, course prerequisites, student application, selection and evaluation processes, as well as career follow-up for alumni and coordination of the Ambassadors Programme.
TUW is in charge of overall promotion and outreach, including collaboration with research and non-academic sectors.
UniPD oversees academic cooperation through University Alliances, the T.I.M.E. Association, and internationalisation initiatives.
UCBL is responsible for the overall quality management of the programme.
